The breakfast selection felt limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I noticed the staff seemed understaffed. Service was slow at times, especially when ordering drinks. It often took longer than expected to receive a simple beverage at the bar, which impacted my overall experience. I also had issues with the room safe not working initially, I had to request assistance multiple times before it was resolved.
